By engaging the services of Ben's Home Tech Help you the client agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided  

We provide on-site technology installation, repair, troubleshooting, system optimization, and software support services as described on our website or provided in service agreements.

3. Service Appointments

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and location information.

  • Rescheduling and cancellation policies are outlined in our separate Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy.

4. Payment Terms

  • Service fees are subject to change. Clients will be informed of any changes prior to service commencement.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods are cash and check.

  • Remaining balances are required to be paid by cash or check.

  • We reserve the right to withhold service until full payment is received.

5. No Refund Policy

  • All services rendered are considered final.

  • Due to the nature of on-site technical services, we do not offer refunds.

  • We are committed to resolving issues and will work with clients to find solutions.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide a safe and suitable working environment for our technicians.

  • Clients are responsible for backing up their data prior to any service.

  • Clients must provide accurate information regarding their technology issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any data loss, software damage, or hardware failure that may occur during or after service.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.  

8. Warranty and Guarantees

  • Any warranties or guarantees provided will be explicitly stated in service agreements.

  • We do not guarantee that all technical issues can be resolved.

9. Privacy Policy

  • We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Clients agree to our Privacy Policy by engaging our services.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Clients will be notified of any changes by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on our website or by other means.  

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  

  • Any disputes will be handled in Erie, Pennsylvania.
